Roasted pork shank

It is roasted and browned in the oven, enriched with spices and natural flavourings. Its taste is rich, aromatic and appetizing. For consumption, take the shank out of the bag, roast it, in the oven with a knob of butter and a dash of white wine for 30-40 minutes at approximately 200°C.
