Ageing: about two months in steel.

Tasting notes: straw yellow with green reflections. delicate noswith moderate fruit and blossom. The palate is dry, freshelegantand appealing.

Food pairing: excellentas an aperitif and with fish.

Alcohol content: 12.5%val.
