Extra virgin oil comes from a several selection of wholesome olives handpicked when ripe and then taken to the mills the same to obtain this extra virgin olive oil with a fruity perfume, fragrant taste and a slightly almonds aftertaste.
Its colour is gold yellow with hints of green.
The olives used are: frantoio, leccino, maurino, pendolino
