The heat treatment during processing allows conservation without the use of preservatives.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Cut into thin slices and dress with garlic, oil, lemon or vinegar – a great starter.
Flavour is enhanced when added to a salad of rocket and Treviso chicory.
STORAGE: Store in the fridge at 0 to 3 °C.
Before slicing, we suggest you place the product in the freezer for 10 minutes.
