Method of production: Soft pressing of the grapes and a brief maceration on the skins for 6/8 hours is followed by the settling of the must at 10° C. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. After filtration the wine remains on the lees for 2 months and is then clarified and stored in steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:

Aspect:Straw-yellow with greenish reflections.

Nose:Fruity with scents of Golden apple and white peach.

Palate:Fresh, harmonic, medium bodied.

Serving temperature: 10°/12° C
