The geografical location of Vabro olive oil mill, situated in a southern Tuscan valley, is itself a guarantee of genuine products  which are strictly linked to the surrounding territory. Vabro mill distinguishes itself not only for its previleged position but mostly because it has manged to combine a high  standard in technology and organization with the use of old traditional methods, like  granite millstone in the production of olive oil. Vabro mill has developed a control system that covers the whole manufacturing process, from the raw materials to the final product, so that every customer receives a product of guaranteed quality standard. Vabro extra virgin olive oil, with its special taste and scent, is obtained by olives directly hand-picked from the tree and then put into an old mill with big granite wheels. Vabro extra virgin olive oil is the result of a cold extraction, a very important process to preserve the original characteristics and the nutritional values of olives.
